The speaker will be Philip Kent, University of Sydney Librarian who will talk about his life in books.
The title of his talk is: A Career of Collecting. He will cover significant items collected during his career as University Librarian at Melbourne, Bristol and Sydney. He will make some concluding comments about his personal collecting as well.
The venue will be the Fisher Library at the University of Sydney.

Note: Enter via main Library entrance located on University Place. Take lifts to Lv 5, turn left & walk down hallway to Level 5 admin area. Signage will also be displayed on the day.
